origin
the point from which a thing begins.
Why it exists
Meeting operators worth your time shouldn’t take this much noise.
Ops Slacks, tooling webinars, and conference hallways are a numbers game. Hundreds of contacts for the few peers who matter. We take the search out of it, with a small, vetted room of operators who have actually run the machine, introduced on purpose, where everyone already clears the bar.
Our events
The rooms you’ll be in.
We curate a handful of formats, each built for a specific moment in an operator’s year. A sample of what happens once you’re inside.

Operator Dinners
Long-table dinners. A small room, one table, no phones.

A short application. The room is small on purpose, so every operator is read by a human.
To qualify, you must lead operations (COO, VP of Operations, or Head of Ops), based in San Francisco, at a Series A or later company.
